FULL 30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL RETURNED PACKAGES

Your return must be received and accepted, before your refund can be processed. Please follow the steps below exactly and your refund will follow promptly. No refunds can be processed without a proper return authorization code supplied by MY DIAMOND EXPERIENCE. All returns that have been altered, adjusted, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted. 

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1.  Call MY DIAMOND EXPERIENCE at 312-447-8030 and we will give you an authorization code for your return. Please put this authorization code on the outside of the return box and on the invoice to be returned. 

2.  All return shipments will be returned using Fed Ex as the carrier.  We will send you a shipping label with insurance coverage to be placed on the outside of an appropriate Fed Ex shipping box. 

3.  All returns must include original packaging, original invoice, original Diamond Certificate and the item being returned. Lost or not returned Diamond Certificates will have a fee of $250.00. 

4.  All packages returned and accepted will be opened under audio and visual surveillance for proof of package contents and your protection.

5.  For security purposes, do not use or write the name MY DIAMOND EXPERIENCE anywhere on the outside of the box,or on shipping paperwork. Please address as MDE whenever referring to MY DIAMOND EXPERIENCE.

All boxes improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. We will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or tampered boxes of return shipments.
